1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet processed. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at youremail@example.com. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or other legitimate business reasons.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal & International Returns

Customers in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. For customers outside the EU, including the United States and other regions, we offer a 7-day goodwill return window unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

We will work with our suppliers and shipping partners to confirm delivery status. If confirmed lost, you may choose a replacement or refund.

7. Disclaimer and Intermediary Role

Zuzu Finds operates as a dropshipping intermediary. We do not manufacture, own, or stock products. Items are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly to customers worldwide. By purchasing, you acknowledge that delivery times, packaging, and product variations may differ depending on the supplier.

All product names, trademarks, images, and videos remain the property of their respective owners. Images and videos displayed on this website are for reference and promotional purposes only and may have been provided by suppliers. We do not claim endorsement or affiliation with any brand unless explicitly stated.

By using this site and purchasing from us, you agree that Zuzu Finds acts solely as an order facilitator and is not liable for manufacturing defects, delays caused by third-party carriers, or actions of suppliers, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable EU, U.S., and international laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zuzu Finds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products.
